We make the request to P&Z to install the li= ghts. We will not do this until the fall, since this is in next fiscal year= .  

The Planning Commission reviews our request and holds the p= ublic hearing at City Hall.  Then the Council has to approve our reque= st in a public vote.  This is about a 3 month process.
