Thanks, Dana. We will put the gate change that I sent out this week in the site plan for the final PPT (the two pedestrian gates and 20' maintenance gate on the northern run of fence).

How does 2pm this Monday the 25th sound to everybody for the conference call?

Thanks,
-Bob

Hi All:

Following up on my last e-mail, we have made adjustments to the powerpoint to better explain the need for the lights and to weigh the options at the end.

Please feel free to call me tomorrow if you have questions, particularly on the methodology for reaching the hours of demand. Otherwise, we can discuss on the conference call on Monday.

Thank you,
Dana

It will come up - so be prepared - something showing more lights with lower heights could be at the end of the presentation and used only if necessary

Our input is that we don't think we should point out the pole height as part of the presentation. If someone asks the pole height we can tell them that it is 60' as permitted in the R-8 zoning. Additionally, we can explain that the higher the pole, the less glare and the less quantity of poles required.

Thoughts?

Are we discussing the height of the poles?
