 each school to review HSW issues at schools. =C2=A0Separate email sent to =
MBB and Margee concerning specific issues raised by Committee members. Revi=
ewed and discussed some issues with Margee in separate meeting. =C2=A0She w=
ill discuss issues with principals. =C2=A0=20

JH RFP: =C2=A0Finalized first draft of JH RFP and sent out for review. =C2=
=A0Working on proposed schedule and process for kickoff meeting to be held =
last week of March.=20

TCW Security Issues: =C2=A0 Several discussions with Rob Moore, Suzanne, an=
d Mike McLeese about TCW security issues. =C2=A0Beginning next week, we wil=
l provide another part time security monitor at TCW form 6:00pm to 10:00pm =
Mon-Fri to assist with after hours security and checking who is entering th=
e building. =C2=A0 We will restrict access to one door only and everyone en=
tering will be asked to sign in and where they are going, etc. This will he=
lp, but not eliminate all security issues. =C2=A0Suzanne will review with M=
BB, Margee and Jean Sina the cost to add contracted security for the erest =
of the school year. =C2=A0=20

Facilties Reorg plan: =C2=A0Discussed process with team and will hold staff=
 meeting next week to review reorg plan. =C2=A0Next week, Dave and I are in=
terviewing Construction Manager. Do you want to review our selection before=
 I make a Request to Hire?=20

We will interview Facilities Planner the week of March 28th. =C2=A0Question=
: I know you must have a strong interest in who this person is, but I doubt=
 that you have time to be part of the interview process. =C2=A0Do you want =
Dave and I to select our top two for a meeting/interview with you before we=
 make any recommendations? =C2=A0=20

I hope to interview for the Assistant Director positions after that. So I n=
eed to finalize the job descriptions and get them advertised next week. =C2=

Support Ops Meeting: =C2=A0with MBB and support ops team. =C2=A0Good overal=
l review of issues including summer school, strategic planning, and coordin=

=C2=A0training, classroom guides, bus guides, parent guides, review of draf=
t plan,(will fwd copy to you for review), sustainability, and federal repor=

Modular Construction Meeting: =C2=A0Finalizing detailed cost proposals for =
3 schools for this summer. =C2=A0Will review with Dave when he returns next=
 week and then have detailed information to fwd to MBB. =C2=A0Will probably=
 have to transfer some CIP $$ to make everything work with first 20 modular=
 at 3 schools. =C2=A0Will have detailed explanations and options for review=
